Aunt Beast has been active member of the TSW roleplay community since October 2012. From April 2013 until October 2016 she was a member of the Illuminati cabal Cerberus Solutions, where she played several characters, including the half-ghoul twins Isaac Glyndŵr Snow and Isobel Siany Snow, the vampire India Onnalee Shore, the android Lizbeth Gevaudan (NEMO), and the demon construct Carcosa.

In the the not-so-secret world, Aunt Beast is science fiction and fantasy author Caitlín R. Kiernan, and when she's not writing or roleplaying, she's occupied with gaming, jigsaw puzzles, paleontology, beach combing, and the ringing in her left ear.
