An only child, born and raised in Ellsworth, Maine, by high school teachers Harold and Denise, Georgina describes herself as “just a small town girl”. Voted “most likely to stay in hometown”, she never had her eyes set on “the big city” like so many of her classmates.

For her parents, holidays were primarily a time to get away from the daily noise at school, so most of them were spent at her grandparents' cabin in “the mountains”. For a few weeks every year, Gina was allowed to attend summer camps. (Girl Scouts turned into Cheer Camp when she left her Tomboy phase behind.)

When her grandfather passed away in the summer after her high school graduation, Georgina inherited his book store, which she now runs with her best friend and soulmate, Olivia (Liv) Wright.
