She is essentially considered a Celestial at this point and as such, I take great care when writing her as a PC. I am easy going about this, it's not about my ego but rather organic character development which happened in-game as I was writing her. I am, of course, happy to discuss this and make compromises if necessary. I do not want anyone to feel like Nym is anything other than an essential and integral part of the complex Mythos that is The Secret World. |
- Nym is no longer human, her type is now 'Outsider' (e.g. Nephalim/demon) and she is resistant or immune to normal weapons and low level magick. She does not need to eat or drink, cannot be affected by poison or toxins of any type and is immune to sickness and disease, except the Filth and it's effects. She is resistant to the Filth, able to stand in all but the strongest concentrations for extended periods (read: hours or even days) without significant effect, sees through illusions and reads lies told to her easily, and functions as a source of mobile Anima Well for Faction Agents. Filth creatures cannot stand her presence and often become enraged near her, targetting her and only her to the exclusion of all others (this is functionally like a permanent aggro mechanic) as she is considered a blight on the Dreamers. She also regenerates rapidly but once 'killed' and forced to retreat to the nearest source of Anima requires an extended rest (often hours or even days/weeks) before she is 'reborn'. She is not reborn at full strength, but her strength restores gradually over several hours. | - Nym is no longer human, her type is now 'Outsider' (e.g. Nephalim/demon) and she is resistant or immune to normal weapons and low level magick.
